Very good take out! Try the singapore noodles, not spicy, but have great flavor!! The other dishes we've had have been great as well.

Online ordering! This was our first order here. Chinese food and Kansas City do not seem to be compatible, so our expectations were not high, but they have proved us wrong and delivered up (within 8 mile radius) a delicious meal. For appetizers, we had wontons, which were declared good - I'm not a fan of wontons and these didn't change my mind. spring rolls were light crispy and had a great ginger flavor and fried dumplings which were just excellent. For entrees, we had Sweet & Sour. The tempura was a tad thick for me, but the kids liked it. It did either have or pick up green pepper taste. I think from the steam in the delivery box. This added some good flavor. We also had general chicken, which was not spicy at all. The pieces of chicken were extremely generous and had excellent flavor. Not great but really good. Then we also had Singapore rice noodles. This had a nice spice and flavor. I recommend to anyone that likes a little spice. It does have shrimp too - if that's your thing. Delivery was quick, driver was nice and the food was hot - overall can't wait to go back!

China Hut is an excellent local establishment with fresh, made-to-order Chinese food. The prices are fair, the owners are extremely friendly, and my picky orders are always made to my liking. No better take-out joint in Kansas City!

Like to order from here online from an App on my phone. It is very easy to order and when I want to order from them again, I just press the reorder button and it is pretty much done in 1 min. So simple to order the same thing again. Food is pretty good. Only thing is that I say no onions because my bf doesnt like them in the lo mein and it still comes with it. But it is easy to pick around them. Tried to order from them on a Monday night at 5 and it says they were closed!!?? Kinda makes no sense to be closed on a MONDAY but alright.

I have to say this little whole in the wall has the best dumplings I've had this far in KC!!! I've been back twice and got them to go 10 dumplings for under $6 seriously??? I can't wait to go back and try other items I hope they are as flavorful as the dumplings

30 minutes to wait on an order and customers after me served first with same order. Poorly managed . Will never go back. This place won't last long. Person at counter seemed to be bothered by customers coming in. Didn't provide napkins or utensils for carry out order.

I have tried several Chinese places in the Northland and this is the best by far! Everything I have had has been great and the Chicken fried rice is just delicious.

Quick, and good food - small inside dining area (could handle maybe 10 people) so this place is oriented towards takeout. - prices are reasonable. - friendly service and they get our order correct. - place is easy to find as their signage can be seen from the highway and when pulling into the lot. - parking can be tricky (but not bad) as it is next to the theater and a sports bar. - food is good and hot... But personally not the very best I've tasted (I thought Jade Guarden was better, but its no longer in business).

Fast and friendly, get takeout often and love the food! General Tso's is awesome. Love the lo mein and crab Rangoon. Suggest take-out or delivery, seating is limited. Closed on Mondays.

Excellent Chinese Food at a reasonable price. We had it last night and included crab rangoon in our order. Their crab rangoon is great, but when I got home we discovered they forgot to include a container of the red sweet and sour sauce even though the clerk that handed me our order said it was in the bag. Possible language barrier issue. Annoying glitch, but the food was great as usual. I'll just have to remember to open the bag and check to make sure the order is complete next time before leaving the place.

Great Chinese. Take out and delivery. Closed on Monday's. Ordered sesame chicken, combo fried rice, and hot and sour soup. The chicken was served without vegetables which is how I prefer it. More meat for your money IMHO. The combo fried rice was not greasy which I have had on occasion from some restaurants. The soup was also very delicious. Would definitely give this place repeated business.

I pretty much never write bad reviews for restaurants, because I like to praise our community for its great establishments but this place has THE WORST service. My husband and I ordered dinner and 1 hour and 20 minutes later, it had still not arrived, after being quoted a 45 minute wait time. When we called to check on the food, the guy that answered the phone goes "Uhhh, it should be on its way." He did not ask for our name or number, he did not offer any kind of support, he just blew us off and was RUDE. No doubt our food will be freezing when it arrives and we literally live less than a mile from the restaurant. GET BETTER SERVICE. I could have made my own dinner by now. WORTHLESS. Took 1.5 hours to get the food. Double the quoted delivery time. Sad. Please save your money for one of the other local chinese delivery places.

Convenient and good food. It is basically for takeout. There are 4 tables that each sit 2 people crammed into the lobby. We tried it for the first time this past Friday evening. They were very busy and it took longer than expected. They gave me a free soda for waiting. I will definitely return.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
